Pickman's Muddle

Beyond the edge of town, a shunned cemetery sits behind rusted gates and crumbling walls. The gravestones within are skewed drunkenly and weathered to nubs like ancient teeth. They flank an overgrown path leading to the Pickman Mausoleum. The old crypt squats, toad-like, in the centre of the graveyard, looming over the graves of the lesser scions of the wretched Pickman dynasty.

Somewhere within, is the grave of Rickard Upton Pickman. Within, the last patriarch of the Pickman family holds a brass cane that contains a map to the family treasure in his rotting grip. 

Time to indulge in a little late night grave-robbing...

Pickman's Muddle is a 3rd level 1 page dungeon intended as a short one-shot delve for Shadowdark. May contain the occasional reference to Lovecraft.

(It has a lot of references to Lovecraft - every single room key is a reference to a a Lovecraft story, I put it together as a fun challenge for myself.)
